Please Read Rules:

This is a very simple photo giveaway.

You may only enter once, intentional multiple entries will cause the individual to be disqualified.
Entries will be accepted up until noon on the day of winner announcement.

Winner will be contacted by e-mail and announced on Calaveras Photography's
websites within a week of the end of the month.
Winner must respond with a valid mailing address within 7 days.
If no response is received on the 7th day, a new winner will be chosen.
The second winner will have 3 days to respond, and so on after then.
(Too many people have missed their chance by not responding.)
Photo chosen as favorite on entry form below will be printed and mailed to the winner.

Photo prize will be an 8x10 print of your choosing, stamped and signed on back.
